How to make withdrawals (International merchants)

A good number of VoguePay merchants use the platform to collect international payments. Even existing local users can also upgrade their business account to take payments internationally.

For international users (non-Nigeria accounts) when it comes to the time to withdraw your funds, here are few things to keep in mind.

  • It takes T+5 days before you can withdraw your funds (more detail here)
  • By default, a minimum threshold you need to have in your wallet before you can initiate withdrawal is $1,500 USD or its equivalent in your currency of choice.
  • In case, you want to withdraw less than $1,500, a surcharge will apply (more details on our pricing page)

How do I process my international withdrawal?

To initiate a withdraw request, login to your dashboard.

Click “My account” tab to select “withdraw” from the drop-down.

On the withdraw page, simply complete the process by inputting the amount to withdraw.

Then select the bank account the money will be sent to.

(Note: You need to add your bank account first. Here is a simple guideline on how to add your bank on VoguePay)

In case you are withdrawing less than $1,500 or you have less than that amount as matured balance in your VoguePay wallet, you may NOT be able to proceed. A notification will be displayed to inform you that you need to withdraw above $1,500 before you can proceed.

This might confuse some people and create the impression that they cannot withdraw less than the 1,500 from their wallet. It is not so.

You can still withdraw less than $1,500.

However, it attracts a surcharge fee of $30 and requires you to send an email for manual processing.

To do this, send an email to stating the amount you want to withdraw and your username. When your mail is received, we will respond with the next steps to complete the process and process the withdrawal manually.

Very soon, the withdrawal interface will be upgraded. It will enable you to complete the process (including giving consent for the surcharge, right from your withdrawal page).

    Is the surcharge pop-up window ready yet? It has been half a year since you guys said this would be upgraded so I can withdraw less than $1500 to USA bank account without needed to email you and ask for a manual withdraw…

  5. Be carful these guys are scammers , they will tell you they must keep reserved amount for 11 months but you will never get them back ,
    I have lost 2000 gb already waited 1 year, they will never answer your emails, phones , contacts
