In the second quarter of 2016, VoguePay received 2 notable recognitions.
The first award was the best emerging online payment gateway held in Ghana. This was followed by the African Achievers Award where VoguePay shared recognition with respectable names such as Bill and Melinda Gates as well as with business leaders and past Heads of States in Africa.
Very recently, VoguePay was won the “Custodian of the Nigeria Dream Award”, a recognition from Nigeria Rebirth Project, under the leadership of the wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The award recognizes organizations that have over the years protected the ideals of the Nigeria dream.
While we were still basking in the euphoria of these awards and recognitions, VoguePay was recognized as one of the top leaders of FinTech in Africa in a maiden African Fintech 100 power list which is part of the African Fintech Award. The African Fintech 100 list is the result of both public votings and jury decisions. VoguePay is recognized as one of the Fintech 100 startups and top 3 in the payment and transfer category.
The African FinTech award is organized by CFO enterprises South Africa with a focus on recognizing new and innovative financial services in the Africa that are focused on financial inclusion. The final winners of the African FinTech Awards will be determined and announced at the Finance Indaba holding at Sandton Convention Centre on October 13, 2016.
