Voguepay, an online payment company was honored as FINTECH Game Changer at Africa Digital Heroes Award 2019 for her outstanding contribution to Africa’s Digital ecosystem.
Africa Digital Heroes Award was organized by DigiVation network to celebrate pioneers of ICT broadcast reporting and advocacy and to recognize individuals, organizations, institutions, and initiatives in the public and private sectors that drive development in Nigeria/African digital space in the past 20 years.
According to the organizers, VoguePay, being Nigeria’s foremost indigenous payment solution provider was selected for its game-changing services that are redefining service delivery in the Fintech ecosystem.
While acknowledging the award, VoguePay’s Co-founder and Head of Business Development, Mr. Mohammed Jega, thanked the organizers for the recognition.
He noted that “VoguePay – an international online payment gateway was born out of the need to provide businesses with a cheaper and safer international payment option. Since launch in 2012, VoguePay has expanded from just being a payment processor to building a cross-border digital banking suite that will be launched soon.”
