I made a purchase on one of your merchants’ website but did not get value.

VoguePay is very interested in making sure that merchants deliver value to their customers after payment has been made. That is why we have a refund policy that protects both the buyer and seller.

As a buyer, you can initiate a request to reverse the transaction already completed in favour of the merchant you bought something from. To initiate a reversal, please contact your bank or VoguePay with details of the transaction. We review each charge back request with concerned merchant to understand the appropriate action to take.

To prevent cases of charge backs, we advise buyers and merchants to follow the recommendations in this guide.
