GOOD DAY THE PHONE NUMBER VALIDATION DOES NOT WORK I’VE TRIED USING BOTH MY MTN AND GLO PHONE NUMBERS, YOU GUYS CLAIM TO HAVE SENT THE TOKEN CODE VIA SMS BUT I NEVER GOT A TEXT, WHILE IN YOUR FAQ IT STATES WE WOULD SEE THE CODE VIA OUR EMAIL AND STILL I HAVEN’T GOT A MAIL EVER SINCE. AND I NEED MAKE PAYMENTS SO AS TO VALIDATE MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO I CAN USE IT FOR MY BUSINESS. KINDLY HELP ME OUT. MY USERNAME IS JUSTCHARLES

    I already deactivated the DND on my line. I receive other bulk sms but not the token you claim to have sent.

    This is real serious.

    Another customer with same issue as Charles.

    May you should test run it from your end and troubleshoot where necessary.
