Meet Idorenyin; Digital Marketing, VoguePay

Although I have only been with voguepay for a month, i’d like to share my experience so far:

On resumption day, I met with Seyi, the head, HR and Admin.
He helped me get acquainted with everyone then I started off with my documentation and induction process, and rounded off the day with my job brief with Mr Wole whom I will be working closely with.
VoguePay team has been really great and I’ve had no problem fitting in especially from my previous work background where I have had to work in teams.
One of the first things I noticed about voguepay is how each department worked in sync and how every staff supported one another.
As a digital marketing executive, my role also involved supporting the customer support team by responding to inquiries especially the ones from the social media accounts.Then days, turned into weeks and now I am one month old at VoguePay.

At VoguePay, Pronto desk is used for customer relationship management, though Skype is also used especially for international merchants, while slack is also used for internal communication.

In the middle of all these, the FIFA World cup 2018 hosted by Russia kicked off and we had opportunity to watch Nigerian matches, many thanks to the approval of our COO, Mr Quam.


In all, at VoguePay, we work hard, but we play harder.My journey with VoguePay has just begun and I’m really looking forward to what is coming in the coming months.
